Registration Fees

• **Group discount (10%) – for a group of at least 3 attendees – please contact SPD-Registration@afeka.ac.il
• Currency Converter - your account will be charged in ILS according to the exchange rate on the day of the transaction
• **Number of seats available for the full conference is limited
• ****Student Rate is subject to availability and validation via email/fax prior to payment
• Prices include 17% VAT and may change depending on the applicable VAT laws.

Terms of Payment

• Registration fees will be charged by Afeka – Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering upon receipt of the registration form.
  Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.
• Payments can be made by one of the following options:
• Wire transfer - Wire transfer in ILS to Afeka Tel Aviv College of Engineering, 38 Mivtsa Kadesh, Tel Aviv, Israel; First International Bank of Israel, 15th Beit Tzuri St. Tel Aviv, Israel; Account No: 246433, Bank No: 031, Branch No: 082, IBN No: IL560310820000000246433.
• Credit card -  Via the online registration form
• Purchase order - please send the company's purchase order details and invoicing address to: SPD-Registration@afeka.ac.il
• Your account will be charged in ILS according to the exchange rate on the date of the transaction
• All bank charges should be covered by the sender.
• Online registration and payment by credit card are made on a secure server.

Cancellation Policy

Registration fee refunds will be made only upon written notification of cancellation to the Conference Secretariat, Afeka – Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering, and according to the following guidelines:

• Cancellation by May 15: No cancellation fee (full refund)
• Cancellation between May 15 and May 31: 50% refund
• Cancellation by June 1: No refund
